Certify Greenhouse ASCE7 Compliance
Budget: $25 – $50 USD
I have a full set of structural drawings for a new-construction greenhouse and need a licensed structural engineer to certify that the entire structure—roof, walls, and foundation—meets wind-load requirements under the latest ASCE 7 provisions. The plans are complete; they simply require professional review, wind-load calculations, and your signed/sealed verification for code submission.
Scope of work
• Review the provided drawings and any supporting specs.
• Run wind-load analysis in line with ASCE 7.
• Identify any items that fall short of compliance and note concise correction comments.
• Issue a stamped letter/report and, if required by your jurisdiction, stamp the revised drawings themselves.
I can supply DWG/PDF files immediately and will be available to answer questions quickly so you can focus on the calculations and certification. If you are licensed in a U.S. state and experienced with greenhouse or light-frame structures, I’d love to work with you on this.
