Budget: $5,000 – $10,000 USD
I have completed the architectural design for a new single-family residence in Arizona and now need a licensed Arizona structural engineer to carry it the final mile. My deliverables from you are:
• Complete engineering calculations and written specifications for every steel beam, each shear wall, and the post-tension foundation system.
• Red-lined mark-ups wherever the current drawings pose structural concerns or coordination issues.
• A final drawing set bearing your Arizona professional seal.
You will receive a fully detailed architectural package in PDF and DWG along with the specific live, dead, wind and seismic load criteria I have already established. If any additional information is required—soil report details, connection preferences, slab edge conditions—just flag it early so I can supply it.
I expect the design to comply with the 2012 IBC, ACI and AISC provisions adopted by the state. Please outline your typical turnaround time, software you will use (e.g., RISA, ETABS, RAM, PT-DATA), and how you prefer to handle back-and-forth mark-ups.
