I’m developing a wind-energy project and need robust, well-documented calculations that predict how much electricity the site can realistically produce. The focus is purely on calculations—specifically, energy output estimation—so I’m looking for someone who is comfortable turning raw wind-resource data, turbine characteristics, and site information into bankable figures.

Here’s what I need from you:
• A clear methodology that explains every assumption, formula, and reference used to arrive at annual and monthly energy production (AEP, MEP) figures.
• A working model—spreadsheet, Python/R script, or similar—that lets me update inputs (wind-speed distributions, power curves, air-density adjustments, turbine availability, array losses, etc.) and instantly see revised results.
• A concise memo summarising the findings, key sensitivities, and practical recommendations for optimising output.

If certain input data are missing, outline exactly what you still require and suggest standard sources or measurement approaches, so we can fill any gaps swiftly.
