UK Residential EPC Assessment
Budget: £20 – £250 GBP
I’m looking for an accredited Domestic Energy Assessor who can visit my single-family home in the UK and produce the official Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) I need for regulatory compliance.
Scope
• Conduct an on-site survey of the property (address and access details provided after award).
• Collect all data required under current UK EPC regulations.
• Lodge the certificate on the national EPC register and supply me with the PDF copy.
What I care about
• You hold current DEA accreditation and can supply your accreditation number up front.
• The assessment meets all legal standards so it will be accepted by solicitors, estate agents, or local authorities.
• Fast turnaround once the visit is complete; the sooner the certificate is lodged, the better.
