Energy & Mining Deal Sourcing

I run a newly-launched advisory firm that focuses on opportunity sourcing and Investment Facilitation with high-potential African projects. Right now I need a partner who can do two things in tandem: actively source qualified Energy and Mining companies interested in expanding into a politically-stable African jurisdiction, and then provide Investment facilitation sample on how to go about the facilitation process
You’ll be mapping the market and short-listing serious corporates or strategic investors. Although Energy and Mining are the priority, keep an eye out for promising Agriculture and Infrastructure plays that fit the same mandate.
Deliverables I expect:
• A vetted pipeline of target companies with decision-maker contacts and expansion rationale
• Samples of MOU,PPA,NDA AND INVESTMENT FACILITATION SAMPLES THAT WILL PUT THE FIRMS INTEREST IN THE FORE FRONT.
