Hello! I am looking for someone who will create energy audits for my clients. I will gather all info that you require (electric/gas/LP/natural gas bills, appliance makes/models, water heater types, lighting count and hours of usage, etc.) and provide this to you.
I am looking for someone who can:
1. Give me a list of everything that you need to do this job. At present, ALL of the info you receive from me will be from organizations operating in the USA.
2. Create a "current state" list of where the organization is right now
3. Create a "future state" list of where the organization can be if they make changes to lighting, appliances, water heaters, thermostats and settings, etc.) This should include change suggestions.
4. Create a document that shows the potential cost-savings and pay-back it suggested measures are taken.
5. I am certainly open to suggestions, should you have a better way to handle any of the above that I have mentioned.
The documents should be in MS Word and/or Excel. I will be putting my logo and company info on the document.
If you are able to provide this service, please address your reply to mr. energy. Then I know that you have read all of this job post and understand what I am looking for.
Since energy-audits are what I bring to every consulting client of mine, this will be an ongoing job to whoever I hire successfully.
