Wise Folder Hider Decryption Help
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I have a full backup sitting on a USB drive that was protected with Wise Folder Hider on my previous computer. Unfortunately, I unplugged the drive before decrypting the folder and now, on my new Windows 10 PC, the files are completely inaccessible.
Key points of my situation
• The data was hidden/encrypted with Wise Folder Hider, not BitLocker, FileVault, or VeraCrypt.
• I no longer have a working password or recovery key—my old key isn’t recognised on the new machine.
• No other recovery or brute-force attempts have been made beyond trying that original key.
What I need from you
• Safely decrypt the entire folder so every file opens normally again, with original names and structure intact.
• Provide a short report (or quick call) explaining what you did so I can avoid the issue in the future.
• Confidential handling of personal documents is essential; a quick NDA is fine if you prefer.
Acceptance criteria
1. You supply one or two sample files from the folder that I can open to confirm a successful method.
2. We proceed with the full decryption, either remotely or through an executable you prepare, and all files become readable on my new PC.
