Secure Document DRM Suite

I'm seeking an experienced developer to create a robust Digital Rights Management (DRM) platform focused on safeguarding sensitive documents. Here are my key needs:
- **Content Security**
- Implement powerful encryption and decryption modules to ensure document protection. Every file should be virtually impenetrable by unauthorized users.
- **Access Control**
- Develop a comprehensive system to support user, group, and role-based permissions. This will dictate how access is granted and what level of document interaction is permitted.
- **Monitoring Usage**
- An essential function is the ability to track and report how the documents are being used. Real-time reporting capabilities would be ideal to monitor access and prevent misuse.
- **License Management**
- Although not initially requested, scalability to include license generation and management would be beneficial for future feature expansion.
Document Wipe
Once the document access is revoked, the document should be wiped from the end user machine
We need to integrate it with our existing document management system which currently runs on Azure, build on python, django framework and uses PostGre SQL.
Ideal candidates will possess:
- Strong expertise in encryption algorithms and security protocols.
- Proven track record in developing DRM or similar security-focused software.
- Proficiency in programming languages ideal for secure applications (e.g., C++, Java, Python).
- Experience integrating comprehensive permission systems.
- Knowledgeable in handling different document formats, including PDF and MS Office Files.
