Resolve False Antivirus Alerts in .NET Software EXE Protection & Encryption

Project Title: Need .NET Developer to Fix False Antivirus/SmartScreen Detection (EXE Protection & Encryption)
Project Description:
I have a .NET software that I fully own and developed for legal purposes. The software builds a Windows EXE file, but after generating the EXE, I am facing false security detections:
• If I put the EXE in any folder, Microsoft Defender automatically deletes it without even running the file.
• When downloading the EXE using Google Chrome, the browser shows a red warning saying the file may be unsafe.
• SmartScreen also blocks the EXE even though the program is completely legitimate.
I need a professional .NET encryption/protection developer to build a security layer so that my EXE is not flagged incorrectly.
Requirements:
The developer must have strong experience in:
• .NET EXE protection, secure packaging and encryption
• Preventing false Microsoft Defender and SmartScreen flags
• Reducing false detections during Chrome download
• Runtime secure loader and obfuscation
• Code signing / certificate trust (optional)
• Anti-tampering and protection against decompilation
Objective:
To develop a reliable protection tool/system that:
• Encrypts and protects my EXE without breaking functionality
• Eliminates false antivirus and SmartScreen detections
• Prevents Chrome from marking the file as potentially harmful
• Produces a protected EXE output within 1–2 minutes whenever needed
