Need 2 functions to encrypt / decrypt files

I need a solution for the most important files i have on my workstation, I stored a backup of them on Mega.nz and on google drive. The problem i have is that the files are not encrypted. I need to encrypt them before uploading on Mega and Google-Drive.
I am looking for someone who can implement 2 functions to encrypt and decrypt the files.
the Encryption should be done by using a Public-Key and the Decryption by using a Private-Key.
