Need coder to write smart contract with specific transaction fees for BEP20 token

I need someone who is familiar with writing smart contracts for tokens that run off the Binance Smart Chain. The token needs to have specific functionalities. It needs to distribute 5% of each transaction to all of the holders. It needs to send 5% of each transaction to the creator's wallet. It needs to send 2% of each transaction into the liquidity poo. And with each transaction 1% is burnt. I need this to be deployed onto BscScan so i can use the contract address to add liquidity to the token. Then after that I will create a launch date. Must deploy the token and pay the gas fee. The gas fee will be around 1 BnB most likely which is about 300 dollars right now. This will be included in the payment.
