Encrypted USB help

Hello,
I work in the crypto currency space and I wish to build a bootable encrypted USB I can take traveling with me that I can load windows on.
My goal is to load apricorn USB with pin access for it to even activate.
I think want it to have bitlocker or similar so it needs 1-2 PW to then access the windows system.
I will load windows on using WinToUSB or similar.
I need a written walk through guide on how to do this, and also there is some further safety protocols i with to put in place in order to secure my privacy we can talk more about if you secure the job.
Please only apply if you an expert with hard disk encryption, bitlocker and loading from a USB drive etc.
