AES-256 Encrypted Remote Control Software

I'm looking for an experienced developer to create a remote control program for Windows with the following features:

Core Requirements:
- Control mouse and keyboard
- Share screen
- Hear device sound and speaker output
- Transfer files
- Fully encrypted screen sharing using AES-256 with TCP/UDP

Stealth Requirements:
- Must not appear in task manager
- Device process should be hidden, as if no program is running

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in Windows application development
- Strong understanding of encryption protocols, especially AES-256
