I need a third party HR consultant to review our current policies and procedures

My company received a complaint of discrimination from a current employee. The OFCCP has requested that we retain a third-party HR Consultant with experience in Section 53 to conduct a review of our accommodations policies and procedures. This was a directive in our Conciliation Agreement. We disagree with this complaint and have not admitted to any violation. I am not sure how much detail to get into to receive a quote.
