Waver from ministry of health and safety at work

I want to have legal documents that i can sign … something to stop the ministry from imposing the way we have to work im willing to sign papers to take full responsibility on my actions and for them not to be able to refuse my waver … all that for us to be able to work the way we want , we are able to decide what is the right way and safe way to do the work
