He was last known to be in Astoria Oregon, and I need to see if he may have been transported to the Portland, Oregon detention center. Adano Michaud was last seen Wednesday 26th, 2025 at around 4pm leaving his Astoria Oregon home. Adano would have been walking down to around the area where the coast guard is located along the Columbia River.
