Set up a company in the canary islands that has a consultant in london and do the tax optimisation

I found a consulting job (with company "G", say Google for the sake of it) outside IR 35 in London but like the idea of moving to the canary islands both for pleasure and tax optimisation purposes. I need someone to help me create the legal framework to do this legally and tax optimise the project. The idea is that I will have 2 companies (company L in London and company C located in the Canary Islands). G would sign a contract with me through company C which then would hire myself at the minimum salary level through L. Most of the earning would stay in company C this way as taxes are only 3% in the Canary Islands.
