Personal Injury Paralegal Needed

I have three active or pending legal matters in Illinois — civil personal injury (active filing, motion pending in Cook County Circuit Court, hearing 8/3/2026), workers' compensation (IWCC, open since 2018), and an individual disability insurance claim to be filed. I need a sharp, proactive paralegal based in or regularly working in Chicago and Cook County to manage all three: track deadlines and hearing dates independently, monitor court dockets, flag issues before they escalate, and communicate clearly without being chased. Illinois litigation experience required. Workers' comp or personal injury background strongly preferred. Project-based engagement only — not hourly.
