My former employer treated me as Salary, when i did not meet the criteria as Salary and had a lot of OT on Bacon-Davis Act for federally funded projects where I was the lead Journeyman doing high prevailing wage duties. I want to prepare as much as heavenly possible, to make the process as easy as possible to turn over to an attorney and file suit. I additionally want help recovering money for 35 plus people who were not paid their proper prevailing wage through the US Department of Labor.
