Paralegal Needed for LTB Case
Budget: $25 – $50 CAD
The current paralegal handling my case in front of the Landlord-Tenant Board is set to be replaced. I'm in search of a new paralegal to take over the role and represent me in the upcoming adjourned sessions. The primary task the paralegal will undertake include:
- Document preparation: The paralegal would be responsible for preparing and organizing all legal documents that are necessary for the case.
- Legal research: The paralegal should be able to conduct thorough research on landlord-tenant laws to ensure that my case is well-informed and sound.
- Court representation: After the adjournment, the paralegal will represent me in front of the Landlord-Tenant Board.
The ideal candidate should have a familiarity with the local court system. This is crucial for them to navigate the legal processes smoothly and efficiently.
I would prefer to have the interview at the paralegal's office.
