Florida-Licensed Attorney for Title VII Matter
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I am seeking a Florida-licensed attorney to assist in a limited-scope capacity on a Title VII religious accommodation and retaliation matter (pre-EEOC).
This is not a litigation or negotiation role. I will draft all correspondence myself — your role will be to act as the authorized legal point of contact, forwarding my communications to opposing counsel and relaying their responses back to me swiftly.
Highly responsive during regular business hours (ET) — timely communication is critical.
Comfortable working under a limited-scope engagement.
Experience with employment law, Title VII, or EEOC matters preferred but not required.
Solo practitioners or small-firm attorneys are encouraged to apply.
This is a limited-scope engagement for a fast-moving pre-EEOC matter — ideal for attorneys comfortable with straightforward, time-sensitive tasks.
Deliverables:
Forward and send emails that I draft to opposing counsel within one (1) hour of my sending them to you, during regular business hours (ET).
Relay all responses from opposing counsel to me the same day they are received.
Send my drafted emails within the same hour I provide them, during business hours (ET).
Sign a short limited-scope engagement agreement.
Maintain professional communication standards in all correspondence.
Any settlement check will be issued and mailed directly to me, the client — not to the attorney’s trust account. This is a non-contingency, limited-scope role.
No negotiation, drafting, litigation, or filings required unless separately agreed.
