Divisional Court Appeal Counsel Needed

I have an upcoming appeal to the Divisional Court. The matter is strictly appellate in nature—I am challenging an administrative decision arising out of a civil case. I need counsel who is comfortable navigating Divisional Court procedure, preparing a persuasive factum, and, if required, arguing the matter in court.

Please briefly outline your recent experience with administrative-law appeals, any Divisional Court appearances, and the timelines you would need for drafting and filing materials.
