I want all Leave Policy for labours (Permanent and Temporary) working in Ginning Factory in Odisha. The standard mode of payment is in cash. For Permanent, we are paying on a weekly basis and for Temporary, we are paying in hourly basis. This is to be revised if required. The leave policy must also include OT, Maternity benefits, etc.
