trainer for call center

I am in need of a well-versed and professional trainer to develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for my call center team. The desired skills focus should be on customer service, particularly how to resolve customer inquiries and how to implement customer satisfaction platforms. Training needs to be delivered on-site or remotely, or a combination of both, depending on the situation. My team is quite large, with more than twenty people who need to be trained. I'm looking for someone with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, excellent knowledge of customer service best practices, and a passion for training and development. Ideally, this person should have relevant industry experience, and be able to offer real-world, practical examples while training. The candidate should also have the ability to facilitate learners with different learning needs.
