I need express entry for someone from India who worked in the Yukon before

I have a small trailer park with some rentals and since I have lost my husband and getting older someone is needed who can help me with the business and controlling the trades people I need. I need a person I can trust with the money coming in and going out. Since I know the person for over 2 years and he helped before, I want him to come back as soon as possible. He has a Visitor Visa, but was told that it will take 6 month before they start processing it. He was working for another employer before but was terminated when he could not come back after vacation in India and his VISA ran out. His employer did not want to let him go after 2 years, but it was already the last extension for him to validate his PhD. I want him here as soon as possible, so I can go to visit my daughter in Europe. My accountant started payroll for him already. He was fully vaccinated in the Yukon. I also want him to get his PR then, but if that will slow down the process, we can do that when he is here. I do not want anybody else. He is a catholic priest and I trust him with my life.
