Risk assessment and statmentbmethod

I am looking for a freelancer to generate a risk assessment and statement of method for installation at my site. The purposes of this risk assessment is to identify, evaluate, and develop strategies to mitigate potential risks. The freelancer does not need to consult a specific list of risks, as I am open to suggestions from the freelancer. The timeline for completion of this project is within a week.
