Comprehensive HR & Training Freelancer
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I'm in need of an HR professional with strong capabilities in Employee Training and Development, and Payroll and Benefits Management. The freelancer will be responsible for:
Employee Training and Development
- Designing and implementing training programs in Leadership Skills, Technical Skills, and Compliance Training.
- Conducting training sessions for all staff.
Payroll and Benefits Management
- Handling Salary Calculation, Tax Filing, and Direct Deposit Setup.
- Managing employee leave requests, absence tracking, and ensuring compliance with leave policies.
- Coordinating the onboarding process for new hires, including documentation and training coordination.
- Managing and processing employee expense reimbursement requests in a timely manner.
The ideal candidate should have:
- Extensive experience in HR and employee training.
- Excellent understanding of payroll processes.
- Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively train and engage all staff.
