· What You’ll Do:
• Contact warm leads and conduct cold outreach
• Follow a simple script, fill intake forms to make sure they qualify
• Schedule appointments
• Pass leads to agents—no selling or explaining required
· What We’re Looking For:
• Confident communicator with a friendly phone presence
• Comfortable with cold calling and warm lead follow-up
• Organized, reliable, and coachable
• Appointment setting or customer service experience is a plus
• Commission-based mindset with performance incentives
