One-Day Soft Skills Workshop
Budget: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 INR
I need an engaging, one-day on-site workshop at our Doddaballapur manufacturing facility for a group of 15 factory-floor employees. They have attended similar programmes frequently, so the material must feel fresh while still covering the fundamentals.
Core focus areas are communication, teamwork, and confidence / interpersonal skills. The trainer has to be comfortable switching between English, Kannada, and Hindi so every participant stays involved. I’m looking for practical, activity-driven content rather than long slide decks; think simulations, role-plays, and small-group problem-solving that ties directly to shop-floor realities.
Deliverables I expect
• A concise session outline sent in advance, showing timing, activities, and learning objectives
• All hand-outs or job aids you plan to use, ready for printing
• A short post-session feedback summary highlighting observed strengths, gaps, and next-step suggestions
Timing: any weekday in the next four weeks; let me know your available dates.
Budget: ₹15,000–18,000 all-inclusive (session fee plus travel).
