Freelancer Talent HR Manager Needed
Budget: ₹1,250 – ₹2,500 INR
I need an HR professional who can take complete charge of finding and nurturing junior and mid-level talent through the Freelancer platform. You will handle the full cycle—from locating promising profiles to welcoming successful candidates onto our projects—so I can stay focused on core work.
What the work looks like
• Sourcing: actively search, filter, and approach qualified talent on Freelancer.
• Reviewing & interviewing: screen proposals, hold video or chat interviews, and provide concise evaluation notes so decisions are easy.
• Managing & onboarding: draft offers in the workspace, set up initial milestones, share our standard guidelines, and remain the first point of contact during their first weeks.
Target profile
We’re filling multiple researcher roles that require solid investigative skills, attention to detail, and the ability to turn around findings quickly. Mid-level experience is ideal; they should already know the basics but still be open to coaching.
Key deliverables
1. A shortlist of at least five vetted researchers per hiring round with summary assessments.
2. Structured interview notes and your recommendation for each candidate.
3. A completed onboarding checklist for every hire, including signed NDA, milestone setup, and first-week follow-up report.
