Wilcom Jacket Pattern Digitizing

I have a series of men’s jacket patterns that need to be punched in Wilcom. The artwork is ready; what I’m missing are clean, production-ready .EMB files with sensible stitch counts and paths that will run smoothly on our machines. Each design sits in the moderate complexity range—nothing overly dense, but I do expect sharp corners, smooth curves, and tidy underlay so the final sew-out looks polished straight off the hoop.

You’ll receive the source artwork and any placement notes as soon as we start. I’m using the latest Wilcom suite here, so please create the files in a compatible version and include a DST for sampling. If you’re comfortable tweaking densities for different fabrics (shell, lining) that’s a plus.

Turnaround is fairly tight; I’m aiming to approve sew-outs within a few days of assigning. Let me know how quickly you can deliver and any questions you have about trims, color sequencing, or file naming conventions.
