Text Digitizing for Barudan Machines

Most of my orders revolve around turning short lines of text—names, slogans, jersey numbers—into production-ready stitch files for Barudan units. Every file must arrive in DST format and stitch out cleanly on standard 15-needle Barudan heads without extra trims or thread breaks. I work at a moderate level of detail: satin columns should be tight and consistent, small lettering must stay legible down to around 6 mm, and underlay should keep the fabric stable without excess density.
Here is the flow I follow on each request: I send the wording, font sample or general style reference; you digitize, run a quick virtual sew-out check in your software, and return the DST file along with any thread/sequence notes. Typical turnaround is 24 hours, occasionally same-day for rush jobs. Reliability is crucial because this is ongoing work—there’s a steady queue of polos, cap and work shirts that need swift processing.
Experience with Wilcom, Pulse, or similar professional digitizing suites is expected, but what matters most is proven results on actual Barudan machines. If your stitches run smoothly at 800–900 spm without pulls or puckering, we’ll be a great fit.
