Tech Pack for Puff Print & Embroidery

I need a detailed tech pack for adding puff print and embroidered patches to hoodies, T shirts, sweaters and sweatpant blanks. The logo and branding has already been designed but needs converting to puff print and embroidered patch and where to be placed on the garment blank The tech pack should include:

- Puff print:
- Text-based designs only
- Design specifications

- Embroidered patches:
- Design specifications
- Placement options (e.g., front chest, back, sleeves)

- In-garment labeling details

Ideal Skills & Experience:
- Experience in creating comprehensive tech packs
- Knowledge of puff printing and embroidery techniques
- Familiarity with hoodie construction and labeling
