Single Color Logo Embroidery Digitization

My logo is already prepared in vector format and now needs to be converted into clean, production-ready embroidery files. I require both .DST and .DSB outputs:

MUST BE DONE WITHIN 1 HOUR OF AWARDING PROJECT
Deliverables
• Left-chest version: 3" × 3" exact size
• Hat version: sized and optimised for a standard front-panel cap
• Thread sequence preview or screenshot for each file, showing stitch count and colour order
Keep the artwork exactly as provided—no colour changes or simplification—while ensuring efficient stitch paths, minimal trims, and proper centring in the hoop. Please create the files in Wilcom, Pulse, or comparable professional software so they load flawlessly on commercial machines.
I’ll send the vector file immediately after award and can run a test sew right away, so a quick, accurate turnaround is appreciated.
