Realistic Artwork Embroidery Digitization

Job ID: 40083080

Budget: $15 – $25 USD

I have a piece of artwork that must be converted into a clean, stitch-ready embroidery file. The look I’m after is realistic rather than abstract or cartoonish, so the finished file should capture fine shading, depth, and detail while still running smoothly on standard machines (Tajima, Brother, or similar).

The exact final dimensions are still open; I entered “embroidery” in the size prompt because I’m happy to discuss which hoop size makes most sense once you’ve seen the art. Whether it ends up in the 3–6" range or larger will depend on your professional recommendation for stitch count, density, and fabric type.

Deliverables
• Digitized file in at least DST and PES formats
• A PDF or JPEG sew-out preview showing stitch order, color sequence, and total stitch count
• Thread color chart with brand codes (Madeira, Isacord, or equivalent)
• One round of minor edits included so we can perfect the piece

Please keep trims, jumps, and thread changes to a minimum and ensure the design is production-ready; I’ll be testing it on a multi-needle machine. If you have sample photos of similarly detailed, realistic work you’ve digitized, feel free to share them so I can gauge your approach.
