Quilted Embroidered Washbag Design

I’m creating a new line of quilted cotton washbags that blend hand block-printed panels with tasteful embroidery accents. I need help taking the idea from rough concept to production-ready files and a finished sample that a small workshop can replicate consistently.

Your role covers the full design journey: translating my sketches into repeatable block-print artwork, specifying quilting patterns suitable for medium-weight cotton, developing the embroidery layout, and packaging everything into clear tech sheets. I’ll supply colour references and size targets; you’ll guide the fabric weight, stitch density, and any trim or zipper recommendations that improve durability while keeping the artisan feel.

Deliverables
• Print and embroidery artwork in vector or high-resolution layered files
• Fabric and thread specifications aligned to 100 % cotton quilting fabric
• Tech pack with measurements, construction notes, and finishing details
• One photographed prototype or high-fidelity mock-up for approval

Acceptance criteria
The final prototype must hold its shape when empty, show crisp block motifs after quilting, and display clean, fray-free embroidery with no thread bleed on the cotton.
