You will bridge the gap between creative vision and flawless execution, managing the design process from concept to final production.

Key ResponsibilitiesDesign & Development:

Assist in seasonal collection planning, sketching, and detailing.
Creative Visuals: Build comprehensive mood boards and precise technical design packs.
Material Sourcing: Coordinate fabric selection, premium trim sourcing, and initial sampling.
Fit & Tailoring: Oversee garment fittings to ensure impeccable silhouette execution.
Production Management: Direct daily workflows with specialized karigars and external vendors.
Quality Assurance: Monitor strict quality control benchmarks and luxury finishing standards.
Operations Support: Track production timelines, manage inventory, and streamline workflows.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Experience: 2+ years of design experience strictly within a couture or luxury brand.
Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of Indian textiles, embroidery, and atelier workflows.
Execution Skills: Practical knowledge of luxury production cycles and garment construction.
Soft Skills: Highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and calm under tight deadlines.
