Logo Digitizing for Shirt Embroidery

I need my company logo converted into a clean, production-ready stitch file for flat embroidery on shirts. Please take the original artwork (AI, EPS, or high-resolution PNG) and create a file that runs smoothly on commercial machines without thread breaks or excess trims.

Key points
• The design will be stitched exclusively on shirts, so density, pull compensation, and underlay should suit medium-weight knit fabrics.
• Flat embroidery only—no 3D puff or applique elements.
• I have no fixed colour chart; feel free to use standard thread colours or suggest a matching palette that keeps the logo faithful to the original artwork.

Deliverables
1. Digitized file in at least DST plus any native file your software produces (EMB, PXF, etc.).
2. A PDF or JPG sew-out simulation showing stitch sequence, colour stops, and total stitch count.
3. Notes on the recommended hoop size and any special run settings.

I will test the file on my machine the moment I receive it; payment is released once the design sews out cleanly without misregistration or excessive trims.
