JPG to BX Embroidery Conversion

I have a single JPG that I’d like digitised into an Embrilliance-ready BX file for personal use. The artwork combines a small logo element with some accompanying text, so I need the finished stitch file to preserve clean edges on the graphic while keeping the lettering crisp and readable when stitched.
Please convert the image directly from the supplied JPG and return a ready-to-load .BX file; no additional formats are necessary. I’ll be testing it on my own machine, so the file must import into Embrilliance without warnings and sew out smoothly at the original size. If any minor density or pull-compensation tweaks are needed after my first test stitch, I’d appreciate one quick revision.
