We are looking for an experienced pattern maker to create innovative and stylish patterns for traditional / fusion Indian wear blouses / suits (salwars) as per our requirements.

Key Requirements:
- Patterns for Indian wear saree blouses
- Incorporate embroidery details, cut-out designs, and a mix of fabrics

Ideal skills and experience:
- Expertise in pattern making for garments, especially Indianwear
- Strong understanding of embroidery, cut-out designs, and fabric mixing
- Creativity and attention to detail
- 3 - 4 years experienced Pattern Masters who are confident with their craft
- Someone who’s ready to work freelance and can handle custom orders time to time
- Finish projects within deadlines
- Enthusiasm to be part of a supportive and quality-driven team
