High-Quality Embroidery Digitization for designs
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
Project Overview:
I am looking for a skilled and experienced embroidery digitizer to convert graphic designs into high-quality, production-ready embroidery files. The designs will be embroidered on the back of heavy hoodies, so the digitizing needs to account for proper pull compensation, density, and underlay to prevent fabric puckering.
I am open to two paths: digitizing custom artwork I provide, or reviewing/purchasing high-quality, ready-made streetwear designs from your existing portfolio if they fit my brand's aesthetic.
Scope of Work & Deliverables:
High-Quality Digitizing: Convert provided artwork into flawless embroidery designs optimized for thick garments (hoodies).
Required Formats: You must deliver the final designs in .DST format, along with the original native software source file (e.g., .EMB from Wilcom, or equivalent).
Design Sheet / PDF: A production sheet showing the color run sequence, stitch count, dimensions, and thread change order.
Clean Pathing: Designs must be digitized with efficient pathing to minimize unnecessary jump stitches and thread cuts on a multi-needle machine.
Requirements:
Proven experience digitizing large-scale designs for apparel backs (jackets/hoodies).
Deep understanding of stitch types (Satin, Tatami/Fill), density settings, and underlay for structured garments.
Bonus: If you already have a portfolio of ready-made, minimalist, high-end, or modern streetwear embroidery designs available for purchase, please showcase them in your proposal.
How to Apply:
Please share examples of your previous digitizing work (ideally photos of the actual embroidered result, not just software previews).
Tell me which digitizing software you use (Wilcom Hatch/e4, Pulse, etc.).
