Hand Embroidery Design & Execution
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I’m developing a new line of tunics paired with coordinating dupattas and need a true hand-embroidery specialist to take charge of the creative and production process. Your eye for what elevates a tunic—be it a printed, plain, or fully embroidered dupatta—matters just as much as your needlework skills, so I’m counting on you to suggest the most flattering pairing for each silhouette and colour story.
The brief in a nutshell
• Techniques required:
– Zardosi
– Kantha
– Applique
• Extra detailing may include floral or other applique motifs, but please avoid katdaana completely.
Here’s how I see the workflow: you study my fabric swatches, sketch out embroidery placements (digital mock-ups in Illustrator or CorelDRAW are welcome), source or guide me to the right threads, wires and embellishments, and then hand the designs to your karigar network. You will supervise sampling, liaise with tailors for final construction, and deliver a production-ready master sample plus detailed stitch specs so we can scale the look for larger runs.
My priority is a seamless concept-to-sample pipeline—creative flair backed by practical execution. If this sounds like your craft, let’s begin.
