Full-Service Trousers Embroidery Design
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
I’m developing a new run of denim trousers and I already have sample references for the motifs I want. I now need a professional who can own the entire embroidery workflow: brainstorming fresh takes on my concepts, translating them into clear sketches, refining them with me, and finally digitising each approved pattern into production-ready files (DST, PES or whatever format you prefer).
Because the garments are denim, I’ll rely on your judgement for stitch density, underlay and thread selection so the artwork holds its detail without puckering or thread breaks. Theme and style are open for discussion—once you see the samples we can decide whether to lean modern, vintage, minimalist or something more elaborate.
Deliverables
• Initial design sketches for each placement
• Collaborative refinements (let me know how many rounds suit your process)
• Final digitised files with colour chart and stitch count
• Simple placement guide so my factory can hoop accurately
Please share examples of fashion-focused embroidery you’ve created—pieces stitched on heavier fabrics are especially relevant—and mention the software you use (Wilcom, Hatch, Tajima DG/ML, etc.). Clear communication and quick iteration are important to me, and I’m happy to structure milestones around each design stage.
I’m excited to see how your creativity and technical expertise can elevate these trousers.
