Floral Embroidery & Painting Designs
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
This project centres on creating original, cohesive motifs that blend hand embroidery and free-hand fabric painting for a small capsule of cotton designer dresses. The mood is unapologetically floral—think organic vines, scattered blossoms, and delicate leafy details that feel airy rather than overloaded.
The work starts with rough concept sketches that map out where paint washes transition into stitched accents. Once the general flow is approved, the designs move into full-scale dress panels: front, back, and sleeves. Because everything will be executed on 100 % cotton, colourfast thread palettes (DMC or Anchor) and soft-handle fabric paints need to be specified alongside the artwork.
Deliverables
• Three fully rendered placement boards (front, back, sleeve) in layered PDF or PSD
• High-resolution line art for the embroidery portions, annotated with stitch types and thread codes
• A separate colour map for paint areas including suggested brands/colour mixes
• Simple step-by-step order of work so the atelier can replicate the look seamlessly
Final files must arrive press-ready at 300 dpi and scaled to actual dress dimensions. All artwork must be your original creation and exclusively licensed to this collection.
