Flat Shirt Logo Digitizing
Budget: $10 – $30 CAD
I need my existing logo converted into a clean, production-ready embroidery file for shirts. The embroidery will be flat-style and no larger than 3x3 inches, so the stitch density, underlay, and pull compensation have to be dialed in for that small format without losing detail.
Please send back the finished file in the common machine formats (DST is a must; PES, EXP or EMB are helpful) along with a thread color chart. I will be running a sew-out as soon as I receive it, so the file should load without extra trims or thread breaks.
Deliverables
• Digitized embroidery file (DST + any additional formats you can export)
• PDF or image run sheet with stitch count and thread sequence
The project is complete once the file sews cleanly on a standard multi-needle machine and matches the original artwork. If a quick tweak is needed after the test run, a fast turnaround on that revision will be appreciated.
