Embroidery-Ready Lion Vector Design

I have an existing lion logo that must be rebuilt as a true embroidery-ready vector for left-chest placement on hoodies and T-shirts. This goes beyond a simple trace: every stroke needs to be wide enough for clean stitching (no thinner than about 0.6–0.8 mm), all paths have to be closed, and the artwork must remain bold, balanced, and fully symmetrical.

Specific refinements I need:
• Thicken the finer strands of the mane and even out both sides so they look identical when stitched.
• Simplify or remove micro-details that would disappear in thread.
• Enlarge and slightly bold the Star of David so it holds up at small size.
• Keep the background completely transparent.

Color direction is covered: I’ll send the exact thread references and the corresponding color codes, so please set up the design with those swatches.

Deliverables:
1. A clean, layered vector file (AI, SVG, or EPS—whichever you prefer) prepared specifically for embroidery.
2. All paths verified closed and ready for digitising, with stroke thicknesses meeting the minimum embroidery tolerance.
3. A brief note confirming any elements you adjusted or simplified.
