Embroidery File Resize & Conversion

I have a single embroidery design currently saved in DST format. I need it converted to PES and resized to specific dimensions that I’ll supply once we start. The stitch density must remain clean, with no thread breaks or registration issues after scaling. A quick test-sew on your side (even a screenshot of the software’s stitch simulator) would be appreciated so I can be sure the file is production-ready before I run it on my machine. When you send back the finished PES, include a simple PDF or JPG preview so I can archive the artwork alongside the file.
