Embroidery Digitization for Janome MC 500E

Janome MC 500E – Create a working JEF embroidery file (140×140 mm)

Project Description

I am looking for an experienced embroidery digitizer specialized in Janome machines, specifically the Janome Memory Craft 500E Limited Edition.

I previously received JEF files that were invalid or corrupted (files did not appear on the machine or could not be started).
So this project requires real Janome expertise, not basic conversion.

What I need

A properly digitized embroidery logo

Native JEF format (Janome)

Hoop size: 140 × 140 mm

Fully compatible with Janome MC 500E

File must:

Appear on the machine

Start embroidery without any error

Contain valid stitch data (not empty / not corrupted)

Optimized stitch density for a domestic embroidery machine

Important conditions (please read carefully)

I do NOT want a guide or explanations only

No DST-to-JEF automatic conversion

I need a working JEF file

Payment will be released only after successful testing on my machine

Do not have experience with Janome machines

Cannot guarantee a functional JEF file

Bonus if you can provide a small test/sample JEF file created by you for Janome.
