Digitize Image for Brother PE550D

I have a simple logo saved as a high-resolution PNG and I need it converted into a clean, ready-to-stitch file for my Brother PE550D. Please optimise the stitch path, density, and colour sequence so it runs smoothly on the 4"×4" hoop without thread breaks or excess trims.
