Detailed Logo Embroidery Digitizing

I need my company’s detailed logo converted into a clean, production-ready embroidery file for cotton shirts. The artwork contains fine lines and layered elements, so careful stitch-type selection, density tuning, and underlay planning are important to stop puckering and keep the edges crisp after multiple washes.
You may use Wilcom, Pulse, or any comparable digitizing software—as long as the resulting file runs flawlessly on a standard Tajima machine.
Deliverables
• One optimized .DST file sized for left-chest placement on a shirt
• The editable source file (.EMB, .PXF, or equivalent)
• A colour chart showing thread codes, sequence, and total stitch count
• A screenshot or quick sew-out photo confirming the paths look clean
Acceptance criteria: the file must load without errors, stay under 25 000 stitches, and sew smoothly at 800 spm with no unexpected trims.
